Finding your lost Android phone always creates menaces. But thanks to Google now we can easily and more importantly quickly locate our lost Android devices without using any third party tracking application.

Google added a new feature to it's search engine by which we can quickly locate our Android phone or tablet.

Now we only have to type "Find My Phone" into Google search which will show up a map and pin point to our android device location.

This new feature makes it easy to find locate our devices and we don't even require to install any third party Application or tools to find the same amount of location data.

How To Find Lost Android Phone/Tablet- Step by Step Guide


STEP 1: Go to Google Search on your computer and search for "find my phone".

STEP 2: A mini map will show up where you' would be required to sign up to your Google Account if you aren't already. If you already are then skip this step.

NOTE: I some cases you need to sign up again even if you're already signed up.

STEP 3: After signup, the page will reload to Android Device Manager(ADM) location tracking page and it would pin point to the phone location.

Things To Know About Android Phone/Tablet Tracking:


1. Your phone must be connected to internet at the time of device searching. If its not connected, then you have to wait until the device it connected to the internet.

2. The Android device must have installed Android Device Manager by Google and the phone's Location service must be enabled.
