Change Age of Google Account & Edit to 18+ Above [How To]

Sometimes when we newly create an account to sign up on something. We might make mistakes in providing the details like in case of age. If similar mistake occurred to you, then you are at the right place.

Also, If we are under 18 in Google Account, then many Google services like Adsense, YouTube have limitation in their use.

For that here is a Trick to change your age on Google account to above 18 or 18 itself to remove those restrictions in use.

How to EDIT age ON Google account?

1. Sign into Google+ service using the account where you want to change your age.

2.  There change your tab from Home(appears on the left side) to PROFILE.

3. Now, change from "Posts" tab to "About".

4. Then scroll below to "Basic Information" tab and click on "Edit".

5. You will find the Birthday tab, there change your Birth info to your required one and it will be updated on all Google services.

What if your age is set below 18 and You Want to change it to 18 or above?

Try doing the below:

Change your under 18 birth year to 18 or above year.

You will find that Google doesn't allow to change age to 18 or above or below 18 if it's set as above 18.

Use below trick to solve it:

1. Change the Birth day and month to the following day's.

Example: If today is May 15th, change your birth day and month to May 16th.

2. Change the Birth year to be 17 years.

Example: If today you're 17 years old and tomorrow is your birthday, then what will you turn tomorrow? 18 years. Similarly.

So if you're born in 1998 change it to 1997, so that tomorrow you turn 18 years old.
